30-Day Refund Window

We offer a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with the Savage EA trading robot's performance, you may be eligible for a full refund within this timeframe.

Important: The 30-day period begins on the date of purchase, not the date of first use.

Mandatory Risk Settings

To be eligible for a refund, you MUST use the LOWEST RISK preset settings. This is non-negotiable.

You will receive download links for all three risk preset configurations on the Thank You page and in your confirmation email. You must apply the Lowest Risk preset to qualify for refund protection.

Why only Lowest Risk?

Higher risk settings are designed for aggressive trading strategies that come with inherently higher potential for both gains and losses. By using Medium or Highest Risk settings, you acknowledge accepting greater volatility and potential drawdowns. We cannot offer refunds for accounts impacted by settings you chose to apply outside our conservative recommendations.

Required Account Types

Using the correct account type for your deposit size is mandatory for refund eligibility. Incorrect account selection voids your refund rights.

MICRO ACCOUNT

Deposits Under $1,000

If your trading capital is below $1,000, you must use a Micro Account. This account type provides appropriate leverage and margin requirements for smaller balances.

Required for: $10 - $999 deposits

STANDARD ACCOUNT

Deposits $1,000+

If your trading capital is $1,000 or above, you may use a Standard Account. This account type is suitable for larger balances with appropriate risk management.

Allowed for: $1,000+ deposits

Warning: Using a Standard Account with less than $1,000 will automatically disqualify your refund request, regardless of other factors.

Documentation Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide clear evidence that the trading robot resulted in significant account losses while following ALL required settings:

Clear screenshots showing the complete account history and trading activity over the 30-day period

Evidence that the trading robot contributed to substantial losses or complete account depletion

MT4/MT5 trading statements showing all trades executed by the robot during the refund period

Refund Disqualifiers

Your refund request will be automatically denied if any of the following apply:

Used Medium Risk or Highest Risk settings — Only Lowest Risk qualifies

Wrong account type — Standard Account with less than $1,000 deposit

Modified settings — Any custom adjustments to the recommended presets

Manual trading intervention — Trades placed outside the robot's automation

Request after 30 days — Refund window has closed

Incomplete documentation — Missing required screenshots or statements

Additional Conditions

Please also note the following conditions that affect refund eligibility:

  • • Account losses due to market volatility or force majeure events are not covered
  • • Broker-related issues (spreads, slippage, server downtime) are outside our control
  • • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days
  • • PayPal refunds may incur transaction fees that cannot be recovered
